Proven experience in security management or a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to make quick and sound decisions during emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Proficient in using security systems and technology, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.
Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to security and safety.
Certification in security management or related field is desirable.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 security coverage.
