To act as an interface between the Sales Channels DSF TPD & Group as well as policyholders and the Investments team for providing accurate and timely information on Key Market Events and their impact for example Budget analysis Monetary Policy Credit Quality etc.
Collect and maintain data on competitors portfolio NAV and various investment related activities-Ensure dissemination of information
Ensure preparation and release of Investment Reports within the set framework.
Ensure query resolution by Policyholders and Sales Channels to facilitate support to the internal and external customers.
Drive initiatives to educate and update Policyholders and Sales Channels about Investments.
