· Provide first level of IT support to end user
· Daily open ticket / email request monitoring and aim for closure
· Support for Video Conferences, Audio Conferences & Meeting Support
· Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
· Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
· Resolving system & application issues / incidents
· Liaise with vendors and other IT functional teams for problem resolution
· Project task handling including but not limited to desktop and software deployment
· Coordination with Support teams on exceptions or Senior / VIP issues
· Maintaining endpoint compliance
· Asset inventory Management – updating & maintaining inventory of assets for the location.
Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Computers in Troubleshooting Hardware & Software issues.
· Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 Google suit, Antivirus, Windows patching, etc. Linux client would be an advantage
· Basic knowledge of printers, laptop hardware , projectors, networking
· Basic knowledge of Audio Conf, Video Conf& AV tools preferred.
