Hiring for international outbound Voice web process

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with customers over call to understand the business needs of the Clients.

· Assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Convey accurately and required information to the customers.

· Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients.

· Convince them to invest in new Projects with the Company.

· Outbound process (Website selling) B2B Process

Required Skills:

· Fluency in English communication is mandatory.

· Flexible with Shift (US (night shift)
