Job Description (Duties/ responsibilities):
Manage Digital Marketing platforms and processes whilst driving change of behavior across relevant stakeholders – Marketing, Sales, Commercial excellence and Medical
Manage the implementation of the strategic plan on local level by providing consultancy support cross- functionally
Drive optimal usage of available platforms and processes by championing platform/process governance and KPIs to monitor and track platform utilization through ongoing reporting
Be the go to person for any digital platform/content/training/change management enquiries
Manage creative, media and other content production vendors to develop and deploy integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns according to established best practice standards
Comply with local regulations, industry and Company’s code of conduct at all times
To work in line with PFIZER corporate and departmental processes like Global and Local IT, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory. To liaise with external vendors and PFIZER assigned third parties
A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently
Channel Management & CEP Operations
Service programs to ensure all objectives are met on time and budget
Assist in setting up project plans for new programs and collect and present data to support the digital team during the proposal phase
Provide regular, cohesive status reports
Identify problems early and appropriately seek solutions
Enhance Pfizer’s vision to a healthier leader in engaging internal and external stakeholders via innovative solutions, explicit planning to contribute to business growth
To support Marketing on the processes defined to develop innovative digital campaigns on regular intervals
Understanding the macro shifts in how customers access information via different digital channels in India and across the globe, predicting rates of change and relating this back to the business
To contribute towards the broader customer relationship strategy in conjunction with other commercial functions, of which digital/multiple channel will be key component.

Qualifications:
• Strong English skills (written & spoken)
• At least 7- 9 years project management in the digital space/ agency
• B.Com/BA/B.Sc/Executive programs
• 4-6 year(s) experience in agency / consulting environment/ pharma
• Ability to problem-solve and work within a team environment
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to successfully work with clients and internal teams
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, web development, online advertising, and mobile marketing is preferred
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic about the Digital space and multi-channel
