Mastery Quadrant jobs - Digital Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity to join an online business during it's early launch phase, providing you a chance to learn all aspects related to launching, marketing and scaling a lean online business. 
We are seeking to hire a digital marketing executive, who will be able to assist us in the following areas: 

• Social Media Marketing - preparing and posting content on key social media networks and interacting with followers across social media channels. Key Channels that we are targetting include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram & Quora. You will be trained in the usage of leading social media automation platforms, to help leverage content and interactions across channels. 
  
• Content writing - you will need to write short summaries/blog posts on content (books, online courses etc.) that we recommend to our readers. The ability to write compelling and concise content is a clear requirement. 
  
• Creatives - you will be required to assist in the creation of visually appealing images & video content to be shared across our blog readers and social media network. While you will be trained in the software to be used, any prior experience in creating creative content (even for personal use) would be an advantage. 
  

The following are our key requirements:

• Good writing skills: especially the ability to create compelling content, written in a concise form. Any prior experience (even on personal blogs) would be advantage (please do provide examples along with the application)
• A Visual eye: with an ability to create visually compelling images that can be shared on social media networks 
• Keenness to learn: especially with relation to the use of new software programs and online apps

You will be working out of a home-office based in Richmond Town - Bangalore, and being one of the initial hires, it is important that you are self-driven and able to complete assignments on-time even while working on your own.
