Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Create, curate, and manage original, high-quality content (images, videos, articles, etc.) for our social media channels and blog.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns and optimize strategy accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and diverse flow of content across all platforms.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• One year experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation, including image and video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
