We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
• Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
• Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Looking for a candidate who can drive revenue target for the entire team.
Ø Plan and Strategies the digital marketing activities , Finalize creative’s and look into the social media marketing as well.
Ø Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ø Experience in driving revenue to digital media, Creative mindset to implement new ideas for the organizational benefit.
Ø Taking care of all Digital Marketing Components from SEO, SMM, SEM to content marketing and SEO Copywriting.
Ø Creating effective SMM strategies to create a brand awareness in different social media channels
Ø Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Ø Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Ø Oversee and manage all digital projects.
