Combining strategic thinking, communication and writing skills with initiative and drive. Leading social media marketing campaigns and managing paid ads campaign across multiple platforms. Preparing written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, professional and engaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate ideas and feel comfortable working with various social media platforms and search engines.

Education / Experience / Knowledge

To be successful for this position it is essential that you have:

i. Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written)

ii. At least 1 year experience in a marketing / communications role

iii. Ability to write well worded and stimulating copy for websites, articles and press releases

iv. Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest etc.)

v. Experience with online marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc.)

vi. An understanding of customer journey and conversion funnel for e-commerce websites

vii. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

viii. Graduate or PG equivalent preferably in English from a recognised University

Additional knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential:

i. Ability to create content for a website from scratch

ii. Experience working with social media management software (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sendible etc.)

iii. Effective at coordinating projects and tasks versus following operational requirements

iv. Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and website analysis (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools etc.)

v. Passionate about online marketing (because we are too!)

Technical Skills:

Not required (we will teach you!)
