• Be the face of Novo Nordisk and responsible for end-to-end connect with HCPs, pharmacists, distributors etc. as per the designed plan for both F2F visits and digital interventions.
• Liaise and persuade HCPs to prescribe our products utilizing effective sales skills and positive trust relationship building mechanism.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by assessing HCP needs and intent and navigate HCP connects accordingly through relevant information delivery.
• Resolve HCP queries by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations in alignment with medico-marketing team within defined turn-around time.
• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of operational performance and sales outcome.
• Anchor account planning, targeting, customer profiling & MSL- customer list preparation.
• Responsible to deliver defined metrics and KPIs as per design.
• Responsible for building strong product advocacy, generating prescriptions, and delivering sales targets.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of HCPs.
• Plan activities for market development; identify new business opportunities and channel of tapping new businesses through suitable channels.
• Identify and address business opportunities, keep track on competitors’ digital initiatives and share sales forecast with the line manager.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.
