We are looking for an E-commerce Business Development Executive who can

Developing and executing, business strategy to increase profitable sales;
Executing strategies while navigating the daily trends of the business and marketplace;
Collaborating with the Marketing team to utilize resources effectively;
Developing analytic reporting through Big Commerce and Google Analytics to provide transparency to daily sales down to SKU level;
Providing an analytical summary of findings based on reporting to help direct changes needed to meet financial goals and fulfil customer demands;
Determining website design and format, features and User Experience upgrades to create a user-friendly, on Brand experience that drives sales;
Using sales and market analysis and collaboration with retail merchandising and gifting to determine on-line product assortment to maximize sales and profitability;
Collaborating with Merchandising on category management and monthly promotions to align e-commerce to retail product strategies;
Contributing to the overall financial performance through sales and digital strategies, as well as, operational efficiencies of the E-Commerce business to contribute to Gross Profit goals
