Responsibilities
As an e-commerce executive, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints - website and online marketplaces - and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
Managing the smooth functioning of different online e-commerce platforms of an online retail company.
Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.
Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
Analyze data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status.
Skills Required
Creative and Strategic thinking abilities.
Analytical skills.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Experience managing e-commerce platform like WooCommerce.
Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
