• E-Commerce Portals-QC and Claims
• Updating Inventory
• Implement e-commerce activities.
• Implement new business collaboration initiatives.
• Manage a diverse service environment.
• Manage operations for service excellence.
• Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website.
• Other Adhoc tasks

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience at a marketplace is a must
• Analytical Skills and Strong excel skills
• Expertise in E-Commerce platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of MS office- MS Excel is must
