Our core distribution & marketing channels is digital, with specific emphasis on direct-to-consumer (own website).

Ecommerce Sales/ BD:
Concrete Role Specifications:
- driving ecommerce sales on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc through overall account management
- building a rapport with the category manager to ensure participation in various marketplace activities
- running ad campaigns on the platform to drive visibility.
- ensuring product listings are strongly demonstrating USPs through text content and visuals like product photos, demos
- participating in deals & promos and festive events to drive visibility
- control levers to ensure organic visibility of listings such as SEO within the marketplace platform
- undertake competitor & category analysis to understand best practices to stand out amongst competing brands
- creating sales MIS to pass inputs to the sourcing team on maintaining accurate inventory levels
- managing customer queries & reviews in case customers need help with any resolution.
Brand Marketing / Content Operations
This role is aligned
to (1) creating brand content and (2) managing the brand presence on social handles. As part of (1),it would include (a) acting as a bridge between the product & ecommerce teams by creating product content that is showcasing the benefits to the user (b) creating brand promotions that can be run on various sales channels © coordinating with creative vendors like photographers, video editors, graphic designers for creatives that can be run on our webstore or online ads.
As part of 2, it would include (a) creating posts & content on our social handles on platforms like Instagram & Linkedin to keep our community engaged & to grow our handle (b) tieing up with influencers to associate our brand with the right communities © tracking engagement metrics to ascertain how our community presence is growing
Just being able to write won't cut it, needs someone who can manage the whole piece. This person would keep the website updated.

. Customer Care Operations:
Involves interacting (emails, chats and calls) with customers to resolve queries or concerns they may have.
Interacting with the backend team to ensure customer delivery timelines are met & their grievances are taken care of.
Working closely with product/delivery teams to understand and give input to introduce product changes, if any, based on customer service experience and feedback.
Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations.
Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service functions.
Specifying and building tools to improve the speed and quality of support.
Requires people to have decent communication skills both in written and spoken English.
Candidates with call centre/customer care experience of up to 2 years, in an ecommerce setup would be preferred.
Freshers with an inclination to build their career in this space can also apply.
