Position Overview
This will be a managerial position and will be reporting under the Head of Security Business. The major responsibility of this position includes developing & generating business for new business products, Services, Sales & Services along with supporting the Sales team.
You are responsible for
- Developing business for Diebold Nixdorf in the Enterprise Security for new business product & services, Sales & Services.
- Supporting Sales team in presales engagements, specking and proposal building.
- Understanding client needs like services required and position Diebold Nixdorf’s capability to meet expectations.
- Ownership of revenue & profitability numbers for the business.
- Meeting all the architects, Consultants, PMC’s and mapping all the accounts in the region for all Fires and Security need.
- Pre-sales/project and resource planning.
- Streamline engagement process, Scope Management, Drafting proposals, Documentation and will be responsible for new Enterprise Sales.
Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelor’s in Engineering.
- Minimum 8-14 years’ of experience required.
- Minimum 5 years’ of management experience required.
- Need to know Vendor and Resource Management.
- Should have the capability to architect a solution proposal for customers.
- Experience in owning independent revenue & profitability targets.
- Experience of customer exposure for pre-sales & sales engagements.
- Exposure to heterogeneous technologies like storage solutions, security technologies, networks, etc.
- Documentation and proposal building skills .
