Job Description
Good Knowledge of EMF activities (BB/CC/Narrow band), understanding of GSM operation & Processes.
Process & Quality check before submission of EMF data timely on NEP Portal
Carry out EMF Audit and drive improvements
Hands on experience in EMF Operation KPIs –Hygiene.
Experience in Collaborating & engaging with OEM, MS & Infra partners.
Multi-OEM based knowledge.
EMF Compliance: Stay updated with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines pertaining to EMF exposure in the telecommunications industry.
EMF Testing and Measurement: Conduct comprehensive EMF testing and measurements use appropriate equipment.
Provide recommendations for mitigation measures based on assessment findings to minimize potential health risks associated with EMF exposure.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies, such as antenna reconfiguration, power adjustment, shielding, or other engineering controls.
Maintain accurate records of EMF testing procedures, assessment results, and mitigation recommendations.
Prepare compliance documentation reports as required by regulatory authorities.
Identify potential hazards and risks associated with EMF exposure in telecom operations, considering factors such as power levels, frequencies, antenna configurations, and proximity to sensitive areas.
