Position: Engineer - Inside Sales

Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager

Experience: 0 -2 year

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: Diploma/ BE / Bsc.

Salary: 12-25k (Depends on Interview)

Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)

Job Role:

• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers.
• Manage and process incoming sales orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Track and manage order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.
• Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and assess customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
• Schedule and organize sales meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team.
