Rossell Techsys gives an opportunity for the diploma candidates who are seriously willing to build a long-time career in aerospace domain and “willing to commit to a service agreement with Rossell Techsys for 2 years after the training program of 3-month duration”.

Program Summary:

Selected candidates will be undergoing three month’s “certification program in Aerospace Interconnect Solutions”.
candidates are exposed to various processes of wire harness manufacturing and assembling of electrical panels.
candidates shall be provided with a fixed stipend amount of ₹15,000 per month for the entire duration of training.
Certificate will be awarded upon the successful completion of the training.
After training, candidates will be taken to on roll and salary of ₹3.0 Lakh per annum shall be paid subject to the acceptance of agreement with Rossell Techsys for 2 years.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication (2023 / 2024 passed out)

Selection Process:

Level 1 – Online Test (Aptitude + Technical)

Level 2 – Technical Interview by Production Engineers

Level 3 - Interview by Functional Heads
