Team | Role | Responsibilities

• In joining the English Employability team at the Innovation & Action vertical, you are joining a team charged with ensuring that there are quality interventions for the underprivileged in the country. You will be primarily working on an exciting initiative at The/Nudge that aims at building and delivering high quality English products. 
• We are looking for highly energetic, passionate, and high ownership early team members. 
• The team is outcome focussed and committed to ensuring a quality education for youth, and excited about creating English learning interventions that drive positive behavior and mindset change in adults. 
• You will flourish on this team if you are: collaborative, results-driven, love to continuously improve, and have fun while working hard.

Apply if you …

• Are a graduate in any discipline and a professional with 0-3 years of overall work experience

• Are fluent in (spoken) Kannada and English

• Enjoy coaching or mentoring young adults.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills

• Have strong extracurriculars and past experience in a leadership position (school/college/work)

• Are a high-performer with a successful track record in taking ownership of tasks end-to-end

• Can stretch beyond call of duty, fully own your work and be responsible for outcomes

At The/Nudge, you will…

• Lead T/NF’s English Employability program in 1-3 colleges

• Train college students on English and life skills by building cohesive groups and creating an effective learning environment.

• Counsel students and work closely to build a strong student-mentor relationship.

• Provide live support to students through whatsapp and telecalling post classroom sessions.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders such as the college management and parents to enable a systemic change within the college and maintain a high degree of satisfaction.

• Work with the Product team and clients to ensure successful rollout and execution of products & services.
