Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics
2. Support the creation of visually captivating presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint
3. Utilize MS Excel to analyze event data, track budgets, and expenses, and generate reports
4. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts and themes
5. Assist in the management of event registrations, attendee communications, and RSVP tracking
6. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
7. Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements for future events
