Engineers Cradle jobs - Events And Community Management

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan & Manage Community events (Online/Offline)
2. Build EC Communities across the city
3. Plan various community activities to enable the growth curve of engineers
4. Increase the engagement across the community
5. Come up with new initiatives to increase brand presence and engagement
6. Should plan end-to-end events
7. Track changes or updates to events during the event
8. Engage with speakers and guests
9. Monitor and supervise the virtual event

Qualifications:

1. Should have previous experience in community building and managing
2. Should have previous experience in collaboration and influencer engagement
3. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Should have been a community leader in colleges / in a professional career
5. Should have previous experience in public speaking
