The role of an Executive Assistant is an on-site profile, wherein they will be managing the on-ground activities, in relation to social media and communication, for the client in concern. They will be expected to be hands-on with covering events, generating basic content for tweets and posts, and liaising and dealing with the lower and mid-level executives of the client. The career trajectory would be leading to the role of a social media executive, and then to a social media manager, depending upon job performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Covering events, in the city as well as outside the city, which entails basic photography, ability to interact with the concerned personnel to gather content, observing the ongoings of the event and generating content relevant to social media
• Liaising with the officials of the client, so as to ensure that the concerned files of the agency are processed, the requisite information is obtained, and any other work to facilitate the role of the social media team
• File work for projects which will involve following up with different nodal officers every day

Qualifications

• Education level - Any graduate 
• Experience - 0-2 years

Skills required 

• Adept in communication in colloquial English and Hindi
• Ability to liaison with government officials
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
