Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calendar management: Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. Meeting and event coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. This includes scheduling, booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials and technology are in place
3. Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, often under tight deadlines
4. Information management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases. Keep track of important documents, contracts, and agreements
5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
6. Communication: Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and respond to communications on behalf of the executive
7. Office management: Oversee the executive's office or workspace, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies. They may also manage office equipment and service providers
