Roles and Responsibilities:
● Coordinate over the call with clients to understand the feedback of demos conducted by our
Sales Team.
● Client relationship, sales team coordination, escalating requirements and issues of the client,
and raising RM issues to management.
● Convert leads to prospects, by pitching customers about Petpooja, and requesting a demo
before/after their current billing software or machine’s subscription expires.
● Converting leads to prospects which would not be limited to existing products but to the new
products
● Prioritize and escalate support for existing clients' issues.
● Maintain Client Communication for updating Sales POCs for our existing clients.
● Follow the given SOP in order to make sure the entire process runs smoothly.
Qualification and Skills:
● Roles in this field require a bachelor's degree. Strong communication, interpersonal, and
negotiation skills are crucial.
● Problem-solving, adaptability, and time management are essential for addressing concerns
and meeting deadlines.
● A customer-focused approach, proficiency in technology, and the ability to collaborate with
internal teams contribute to long-term relationships.
