Handling employee onboarding & offboarding (joining formalities, exit process)
Maintaining employee records & HR databases (HRMS, files, documents)
Coordinating offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters
Supporting attendance, leave & payroll inputs
Managing employee documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, KYC, etc.)
Assisting in compliance & statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, labor laws)
Coordinating with internal teams for HR queries & approvals
Supporting background verification (BGV) processes
Ensuring HR policies & SOPs are followed
Preparing HR reports & MIS as required
Basic knowledge of HR operations & HR lifecycle
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word & HRMS tools
Good communication & coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential employee data
