Conducts training,programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced. Sales techniques at the Classroom, Point of Sales & Captive call-center.environment.Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach Consultative selling techniques.Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports.Oversee  and improves on overall grooming and grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
