Job Purpose

To manage the pay-out process from Business side and ensure the required MIS are published as per defined intervals 

Role

· Maintain business masters

· Own and ensure on time Pay-outs processing for Business

· Liaison with Audit teams for finalizing the payouts

· Send the billing and payout communication

· Maintain Business masters on a monthly basis

· Maintain the records in the Portals and ensure the same are up to date

· Periodically manage the MIS requirements, data support for the business teams – on Lending

Qualification & experience

1. Graduate

2. Upto 2-3 years of work experience

Essential skills

· Proficient in Excel and understand accounting concepts

· Good written communication

Nature of role

· Contractual for 12 months

CTC

· Rs. 25,000 per month net in-hand

To manage the Insurance X Sell data requirements 

Role

· Maintain master Dumps for Insurance

· Do Re-con with Insurance companies

· Send Periodic Insurance updates to the Sales team and prepare reports with Manager Alliances for the top management

· Track Insurance Penetration at Portfolio and Loan Level

· Track the R’n’R budget for Insurance and maintain the records

· Calculate the contest performances of the teams
