Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about institute programs and encouraging enrollment.
Explain the benefits of our courses and programs to potential students, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Achieve and exceed set targets for student enrollment through effective tele sales techniques.
Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them regularly.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills to engage with potential students.
Work towards meeting individual and team sales goals.
Provide timely and accurate information to prospective students about the admission process, courses, and other relevant details.

Requirements:

Minimum of a 12th pass / Graduate degree.
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role (1 year preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging personality.
Proven ability to meet targets and work in a competitive environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
