Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our team in Nagpur. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for sales and conversion activities for our Pharmacy’s. This is a field job, and you will be required to visit societies and engage with residents to promote our Pharmacy’s and walk in store.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conducting door-to-door visits to societies to promote the Pharmacy’s and walk in store

 Engaging with residents to explain the discount’s and benefits of the Pharmacy’s

 Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets

 Providing regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.

 Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents to encourage ongoing events , Maha sale’s , Camp etc.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in sales or field marketing roles.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

 Willingness to travel within Nagpur for fieldwork.

 Basic understanding of Medicines, Pharmacy store.
