Responsibilities and Duties

Identify relevant data sources, both primary and secondary for the Company's research needs.
Conduct-in-depth research and market survey for all the Company's needs across data sources, mediums and channels.
Manage database and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Build information networks and develop business relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Any other related tasks assigned to you from time to time.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Basic knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel.
Should have good communication skills and high energy.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as per the project requirement.
Real Estate Industry knowledge will be preferred.
