Working Days :- 6 days (Tuesday fixed off)

Job description:_

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take up the role of Business Development Executive in our team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

You will be required perform primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the target market, industry, opportunity & devise a detailed sales plan and implement it.

·         You will be given the responsibility of handling the commercial part of the sales cycle:

·         Crafting a sales pitch

·         Pitching & Identifying leads

·         New Client Acquisition through direct contact (Field Sales, B2B Sales, Executive Sales , Direct Sales)

·         Finalizing the deal

·         Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Dynamic personality with excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable of giving demos independently

·         Fast learner and passion for sales

·         Self-motivated with a result driven approach.

·         Good marketing skills,

·         Strong inter-personal skills
