Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

The Contractor Associate are like free electrons, mapped to a geography (2/3 Territory per CA) and not to any particular dealer. Their primary objective would be Enrolment, Activation and Support.

Enrolment: The Contractor Associate needs to enroll the painters and contractors in the Sparkle Loyalty Program from the universe (excluding manned dealer).
Activation: The Contractor Associate needs to visit these painters and contractors in the market on a regular basis to ensure they earn a minimum loyalty point in a quarter to keep them active in the system.
Meets: Painter/Contractor meetings along with the Sales team

Tasks to be taken up by him/her:

Enrolment: The contractor associate has to enroll the painters and contractors in the Sparkle Loyalty Program.
Activation: The painters and contractors need to be contacted on a regular basis to give them all the information about the schemes so that there is regular product lifting and secondary sales from the dealer store.
Meets: Painter/contractor shop meetings along with TSM/TSE in collaboration with the dealers to improve the awareness about our new product launches, schemes & special booster schemes.
