*Job Opportunity: Part-Time Field Sales Officer*

*Location:* Flexible  , Work from Home 

*Hours:* Flexible  

*Compensation:* Commission-based, ₹5000 per client conversation, with the potential to earn up to ₹30,000 based on performance  

*Responsibilities:*

- Utilize provided leads to conduct outbound sales pitches.

- Close deals by effectively presenting property solutions to clients.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in real estate.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
