Job Description

Technical Skills

Job Description :

Install & Configration experience of FileNet CPE, ICN, ICM, Datacap, WebSphere, CMOD - around 2 to 4 years.
Prior experience in setting up High Availability, DR environments, Knowledge of Load Balancers, Linux, Windows.
Experience in IBM ECM platform Finetuning, troubleshooting, analyzing performance problems.
Previously work experience in any cloud & IBM ECM administrator is added advantage.
Excellent trouble shooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks, integrations issues etc.
Prior experience in Automation for installation, deployments using leading automation tools / scripts like python, shell scripts.
Application development using FileNet/ICM/Datacap/CMOD is added advantage.

Process/Leadership

Ability to conduct RCA and close out the actions coming out of RCA.
Ability to interact with customers independently to understand environment, understand request for service and to present RCA outcomes.
Experience in change management and working on change window to apply patch or make required configuration changes.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into FileNet system specifications.
Ability to document architecture and support handbook for various operations in application area.

Education

B.E/B.Tech Computer Science or equivalent
M.E/M.Tech Computer Science or equivalent
Certifications in ECM Administration will be added advantage
