Job Description Summary
A person has to be self-starter, hard working, high on integrity and shall possess good communication skill. To establish close co-ordination with regional accounting team, reporting manager & ensure all the closing activity (Provisions, Invoice booking, Fixed assets etc) is fulfilled as per applicable accounting standards. Will assist Manager to compile, collate various masters, workings etc in the manner in which that helps to decide, comply in areas of P2P, O2C workstreams. Assist in engaging with commercial team for Sales targeting, Sales Incentive, Credit notes, Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS’s. Also extend support for adhoc activities/ projects.
Job Description MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
MIS & Rate contracts:
Prepare Daily Sales flash as well as monthly submission of various MIS such as Sales Register, Head Count Reporting, Saleable/Expiry/Breakage % to Net Sales, Price Check, Institute MIS, Business Mix & ASP analysis, Exception list.
Working along with manager & key stake holders (CDH/SFE/NSM/ KAM) for setting up field targets (Value wise & Meter wise) in sales flash as well as sales report and also form working to capture incentive.
Review & Maintain Institute Rate Contracts (IRC) as per process and co-ordinate with various stakeholders for billing.
P2P Workstream:
Ensuring that all invoices are getting booked in time.
Accountability of all invoices / accruals for any given month.
Maintain checks and measure for all invoices as per the PO/ Non-PO guideline from procurement.
Maintain MSME vendors related data in proper format for half yearly return filing.
Customer claim Management:
Ensure that breakage/expiry, sales return, Price diff credit note is processed on time
after receipt of documents & approval. Settlement of Rate difference / rebate claims due to invoicing error or any special rate /scheme. Coordinating with CFA &
RBM/RO’s for GST compliant Debit notes. Coordination & follow-up with the CFA’s for pending claims. Feedback to sales management on a monthly basis through MIS.
Others:-
Daily Cheque/ NEFT reports.
Updating collection reports.
Bank related reconcilitaions.
Extend support to Ascensia group subsidiaries on need basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate with major in Finance & Accounting.
English language, also in writing (business) Hindi & Marathi will be a plus.
Net Suite ERP knowledge
MS-Office knowledge, mainly Excel Advance, PowerPoint is must.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with multinational company with exposure in MIS, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Tax. Experience in pharmaceutical/ Medical Device business will be preferred. Sound Business and Accounting knowledge is must.
Competencies: Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge both technical and process related Ability to maintain good working relationship with other departments and people.
