1. Receivables follow up with debtors & posting payment receipts in Tally.
2. Day to day bank balance & bank reconciliation.
3. Posting purchase bills on time in Tally & bank reconciliation.
4. Processing Creditors advance payments,PDC & Credit payments on time.
5. Day to day cheque entry in Tally & couriering cheques to creditors.
6. Month closing & GST Filing on time by coordinating with Auditors.
7. Weekly Receivables ,Payables,Bank recon & Cash Flow report to management.
8. Monthly draft P&L report to management & providing suggestions to increase the profit.
9. Coordinate with 2 branch offices & complete the accounts (as a single book in Tally) every day.
10. Monthly P&L & TDS filing input to Auditors.(i.e.providing correct tally back up to auditors)
11. Annual P&L,Balance sheets,IT & ROC filing input to auditors & providing correct tally back up to auditors.
12. Following up on GST returns with auditors & providing correct tally back up.
13. Ability to take ownership & drive the Finance independly as an individual contributor.
14. Good in communication ,team work & interpersonal skills.
15. Aspiring to grow ,learn & to be in long term association with a Pvt Ltd Company.
16. B.Com is preferred & 10 to 12 years of minimum experience in Finance & Accounts.
17. Knowledge in statuatory compliance and should have handled labour issues apart from other skill sets
