Experience in handling various fraud types including ATO, Invalid disputes, ID Theft, First party Fraud etc.
Ability to analyze financial institutions transaction pattern & take real time actions based on findings.
Skilled in deciding case outcomes such as Account closure, escalations etc.
Ability to identify suspicious activity in the account.
Ability to work under pressure & maintain focus , efficiency & composure on time sensitive or demanding situations.
Ability to function with minimal support and apply critical thinking and logical reasoning in daily tasks.
