Job Description -
 Engagement with the client by providing insight into market dynamics economic outlook and events
 Perform outbound calls to prospective clients with demo and live trading applications.
 Reviewing client platforms on a regular basis, conducting strategy webinars, and updating them about the key technical developments unfolding across the global market.
 Preparing or interpreting economic calendar, client capital summaries, performance reports and our services details for clients with the aim to convert leads into a live trading account.
 Contacting clients regularly throughout the client log in the activation process.
 Managing and updating client trading folios. Assisting clients with inquiries on trading platforms products on boarding and funding procedures.
 Building and maintaining your client base.
 Understanding and experience with financial products such as Forex , CFD’s, Crypto’s and US securities markets is desirable.
 We operate in countries such as Middle East (Dubai, UAE, Egypt etc), Asia Pacific (Australia, China, Malaysia etc) and so on.
 Work process includes 70% Chat process and 30% includes inbound/outbound calls to client.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
