Job Description

·    Visiting the retailer partners daily as per the beat run. Share the roadmap with Team Leader.

·    On-board retailers on the app by registering them

• Concept Pitch
• On-boarding journey completion
• Assisting in 1st transaction & getting the 1st order.
• Geo tagging on every outlet visit. Whenever we activate this functionality
• Entering additional outlet details as per the format. 

·    Relationship Management

• Visit the transacting outlet 1/week. Know your Customer
• Visiting & Sharing feedback on non transacting outlets. 
• Helping the retailers with the transaction. Ensuring only serious orders are placed. Return orders will not be counted
• Helping with issues if any. Be the eyes & ears for FK

·    Credit Management

• Helping the retailers with on-boarding with PAN & other documents for enabling credit.
•  Collecting the due credit amount from retailers as per the system nudge while ensuring the OTP procedure completion.
•  Depositing the cash collected with the concerned authority. Amount deposited should match the amount collected.

Note: Over the mid-long term FOS needs to move away from BAU Credit Collection, ie amount collected within the grace timeframe.

·    Reporting

•  Daily outlets visited with status sheet. Travel report
• Performance Sheet
• Both, Hunting & Farming Productivity needs to be measured. Course correction as per targets.

Key Metrics for FOS during MVP

1. Number of outlets On-boarded including document sign-off

2. Number of outlets completing the first transaction. Ex RTO/RVP

Business Metrics

3. % Monthly transacting outlets. Of the onboarded base

4. Monthly transacting frequency for active outlets. AOF

Credit

5. % outlets applying for credit. 

6. Balance collected by due date. Measuring timely collections

7. NPAs. Measuring quality of outlets

Moving forward we can add retailer behavior shaping metrics as well. Eg online payments etc; basis selection etc
