· Visiting the retailer partners daily as per the beat run. Share the roadmap with Team Leader.
· On-board retailers on the app by registering them
· Relationship Management
· Credit Management
Note: Over the mid-long term FOS needs to move away from BAU Credit Collection, ie amount collected within the grace timeframe.

1. Number of outlets On-boarded including document sign-off
2. Number of outlets completing the first transaction. Ex RTO/RVP
Business Metrics
3. % Monthly transacting outlets. Of the onboarded base
4. Monthly transacting frequency for active outlets. AOF
Credit
5. % outlets applying for credit.
6. Balance collected by due date. Measuring timely collections
7. NPAs. Measuring quality of outlets
Moving forward we can add retailer behavior shaping metrics as well. Eg online payments etc; basis selection etc
