Sales Strategy & Execution

Create and implement value-driven sales funnels and forecast volume/tenders for institutional sales .

Achieve numeric reach, weighted distribution, and value volume targets.

Credit & Inventory Management

Analyze dealer credit risk, inventory levels, receivables, and competitive credit practices .

Trade Schemes & Promotions

Understand and execute monthly trade schemes, promotional campaigns, and incentives.

Develop dashboards for monitoring promotions .

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor a strong team of distributor/dealer executives (DDEs) .

Stakeholder & Event Engagement

Network with builders, contractors, project heads, government bodies, and attend trade events to generate institutional leads .

Salary (in Hand)- 14000rs to 20000rs + PF+ ESIC+TA/DA130+Mobile 399+Incentive 12000 Per month as per performance
