We are looking for Freshers Software Developer (Java, Python) in our IT company based in Thane, Mumbai.

Desired experience - Freshers to 6 months. 2019 and 2020 pass out batch only

Job Location: : Thane, Mumbai.(5 minutes walk able distance from Thane railway station)

Interview Process for Candidates :-

1) Aptitude test
2) Technical round of interview
3) HR round of interview.

Hiring Zone Criteria :-

- Bond – 3 years, With there will be a bank guarantee of 1 Lakh which needs to be submitted by candidate and in case if the candidate leaves the company before 3 years, company has all the rights to execute Bank Guarantee.

- Training Period- 4 months. During the period of training, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) per month. On successful completion of training and passing all criteria candidates shall be offered employment with the company.

- After successful completion of 4 month training, Salary will be increased to. Rs. 20,000.00 per month.

- Probation Period : 12 months (after 4 month of training). This may change based on the candidate's performance.

- Salary Details - After successful completion of probation period, candidate will be confirmed and salary will be increased to Rs. 30,000 per month subject to performance ratings achieved on the job.

Please note that after selection, candidates will get one week time for the Documentation process. It includes submission of the non- disclosure and minimum period agreement with the bank guarantee etc. Details will be furnished for selected candidates
