Job Description
· Serves patients by greeting and helping them
· Scheduling appointments
· Maintaining and creating patient and clinical records, both manually and digitally
· Maintaining and updating clinics and patients’ accounts, both manually and digitally and controlling credit/ instalments extended to patients
· Welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and answering phone inquiries
· Keeps patient appointments on schedule by timely reminders, reviewing service delivery by coordinating with labs and updating if any changes or delays
· Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions
· Maintaining the reception area
· Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
· Scheduling and maintaining clinic’s equipment service, repairs and data
