Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current channel partners and prospective, Onsite visit to corporate clients.
• Find sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine they're potential
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints and Coordinates technical service groups. Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities
• After sales support to the existing clients and prospect/converted clients, at the initial stage.
• Setup or develop the sales team size in the assigned territory
Qualification and other requirements
• Must be a Graduate from commerce/science/technical background
• Knowledge on salary related statutory, Individual Income tax calculations and employee related information (HRMS)
• Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes, High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
• Naturally inclined toward solution selling techniques
• Proven record of successful performance
• Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities
