General Administrative Duties
The incumbent will be responsible for below functions:
• Communication :Excellent verbal and written communication skills involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts; ability to listen, simplify details and influence others.
• Mail/Calls Management :Maintain Proper Record of incoming outgoing Mails/Calls.
• Travel arrangement :Arrange book travels accommodation.
• Arranging Business Meetings.
• Preparing Excel for Administration Dept. i.e. weekly and monthly.
• Sales coordination, follow up with customers, sending quotations and price list etc
• Some time assist and commute with the Director within Delhi to any customers and follow up
