Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities would include:

• Will be cross-over and amalgamation of varied role profiles.
  
• Understand the business.
  
• Human resource management - to train, motivate, maintain employees, record keeping of their work/ targets.
  
• Research about new clients and service providers in Delhi-NCR.
  
• Pitch to the client and close the deal.
  
• Understand our quality checking process for onboarding hosts.
  
• Ensure and keep a record of meeting of BD officer with service provider.
  
• Maintain relationship with service providers.
  
• Collect and record data about the service provider and inventory.
  
• Find vendors, negotiate and record price.
  
• Lead the marketing and creative team to process the data.
  
• Ensure fix up of meetings with clients, meet and pitch to clients, get deal closed.
  
• Brainstorming on marketing ideas with respect to meeting our metrics.
  
• Developing Marketing campaigns and executing them.
  
• Strategizing offline and online marketing activities
  
• Maintain accounts and finances.
  
• Hard negotiator and ability to close the deals on table
  
• Sharp analytical acumen and excellent number crunching skills.
  
• Ability to get things done.
  
• Keep a track of customer inquiries, feedback and cater to complaints.
  

Must to Have:

• The candidate must have strong leadership qualities.
  
• The candidate must have an interest in medical transport system.
  
• Must be very enthusiastic about startup ecosystem.
  
• Good and comfortable with Microsoft word, excel, etc (analysis)
