General Manager (F&A) /1 UR

Educational Qualification for all positions: a. For General Candidate: Candidate should possess a degree from a recognised university and should be a Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant. b. For Departmental Candidate: Candidate should possess a degree from a recognised university and should be a Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant. 2. Computer knowledge: In hand Computer knowledge will be mandatory criteria for all the positions and categories.

1. Direct Recruitment The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience a. With 6 (Six) years in regular service as Assistant General Manager (F&A) in Scale of Pay PB: Rs 37300-112000 with grade pay of Rs 16600 (as per ROP, 2017) or equivalent; or b. With 3 (Three) years in regular service as Deputy General Manager (F&A) in Scale of Pay PB: Rs 42000-116000 with grade pay of Rs 17400 (as per ROP, 2017) or equivalent in corporate financial management and accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance and Working Capital Management in large Industrial and Commercial undertakings or Public sector undertakings or State/Central Government and is capable to hold independent charge of finance and accounts.

General Manager (HR)

Educational Qualification for all positions:a. For General Candidate: Two years full time degree in MBA/PGDM, specialization in Human Resource Management /Personnel Management & Industrial Relation/Labour Relations etc. from an AICTE approved Institute / University with 1st class or minimum 60 % marks. Degree in law from a recognized university approved by UGC, will be considered as added qualification.

b. For Departmental Candidate: Full time/part time degree in MBA/PGDM, having core subjects of Human Resource management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relation/Performance Management etc. from an AICTE approved Institute / University with minimum 55 % marks.

2. Computer knowledge: In hand Computer knowledge will be mandatory criteria for all the positions and categories.
