Ground Staff: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE / PASSENGERS SERVICE ASSOCIATE / GUEST RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE / AIR TICKETING STAFF

Cabin Crew: Flight Attendant 

Job Profile

Inside the airport terminal:
- Checking passengers in for flights.
- Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed.
- Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights.
- Assisting passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggage.
- Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises.
- Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport.

Outside the airport terminal 
- Handling all the loading and uploading of passenger bags from the aircraft.
- Helping direct passengers on to and off the aircraft.
- Providing services such as steps from the aircraft for passengers and crew to disembark the aircraft

Eligibility: 
1) Qualification: For Ground Staff min HS Pass / For Crew min Graduation 
2) Age: 18 to 29 Years For Ground Staff / 18 to 26 years for Crew
3) Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English
4) Physical Features: Pleasing personality / Clear Complexion / Good Height (min 152 cm) / Weight According to Height.
5) Job Location: Kolkata, Delhi and other Location.
6) Freshers and Experience both can apply 

Salary: As per Industry Standards
