Job brief:
- Manage and lead multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
- Handled talent acquisition function across geographies.
- In-depth exposure to hiring high-end at all levels.
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Salary - Up to 10 LPA (No bar for Rockstar Candidates)
