Head Security Guard -

Oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive security strategies to protect the organization’s assets, including physical, digital, and human resources.

Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of the security team, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the organization’s security needs.

Coordinate with external law enforcement and emergency responders to develop joint response strategies and enhance security measures.

Manage the budget for the security department, including procurement of security technologies, equipment, and services.

Design and enforce access control protocols to secure facilities and sensitive areas, including the issuance of ID badges and monitoring entry points.

Investigate security breaches and incidents, providing detailed reports to senior management and recommending improvements to prevent future occurrences.

Develop and oversee the execution of crisis management and emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and disaster recovery operations.

Advocate for and implement sustainable security practices, such as green security technologies and environmentally friendly emergency response techniques.
